ASCEND Elite Muscle Gen2 provides higher Leucine levels and now contains unique growth factors (WGFE) to improve strong, lean, functional strength development.

ASCEND Elite Muscle Gen 2 also contains Whey Growth Factor Extract (WGFE), which is clinically proven to significantly increase muscle growth.

Recommended Use

A recommended serve is 25g (one scoop).
Add 25g (one scoop) of ASCEND Elite Muscle Gen2 to approximately 200mL of water or milk and mix well.

Frequency:
On training days maximum benefit can be achieved by consuming one serve of ASCEND Elite Muscle Gen2 immediately after training. On non-training days take one serve in the morning.
